If you are a clinician or educator and would like to contribute cases to a specialty edition, include a short sample vignette in your message. Case contributions are reviewed for style and teaching value before they enter the pool.

Progress questions: game state is stored locally on your device, so clearing browser data or switching devices will not carry your streak. Answer-matching questions: the game accepts common abbreviations and alternate names for many diagnoses; if a correct answer was marked wrong, send us the case number and the wording you used.
